Well.....it looks like all 3 babies are here to stay!! Whew!
After my ultrasound today...we saw all 3 babies and heard all 3 heartbeats!! All their heartbeats are in "normal" range....perfect. And they're measuring great too! The identical twins are measuring perfectly....and the other one that was so far behind last time---now is only measuring 4 days behind the others! What a blessing! All 3 had strong heartbeats and we just couldn't be happier ;-)
Now come the nerves.......how are we gonna do all this?! Are we really ready??
Haha...we know we're gonna be able to handle this and hopefully make do with what we've been given. We feel so lucky to be parents of such sweet spirits ;-)
We love you all and thanks so much for your prayers for us!
Get ready to watch the freak show as I continue to get huge-er each day! Oh wow...this is gonna be painful ;-)

Katie - I've been thinking about this nonstop since you told me earlier today, and I just want you to know that I feel this is the time for us all to just be excited and feel blessed, and accept that it is all gonna work out OK in the end. Heavenly Father sends these situations to people he has given the capabilities to handle it (whether they live up to their capabilities is another story; as we heartbreakingly know, some people don't) - and that means that He will help you every step of the way, if you keep Him close to you always. This will definitely be an ADVENTURE, but you have SO MUCH support from SO MANY people who love you! Keep remembering the mantra of the pioneers - all is well. I love you so much, honey.

Katie this is so wonderful! Triplets might be overwhelming but think of all the love they will provide you. It couldn't have happened to a more deserving family. Congrats to you and your husband. I cannot wait to follow your progress!

This is going to be a new experience for everyone involved. I agree with your mom. The Lord doesn't give us anything we can't handle even though right now it seems so overwhelming. Like I told Austin and tell everyone else."You get what you get 'cause you're suppose to get it." Everything happens for a reason. I believe that totally.
Aren't you glad that the docs didn't put that extra egg in you now? Wow! Now that would have been so crazy especially with what you got just from two! I don't even want to think about that one.
Freak show? I don't know about that but I am real curious to see where you're going to put three babies. I think we are all real curious about that but nature will find a way. It always does. We'll all just hope that you'll be able to find some humor in it besides the pain. Who's kidding?
